Course Description

Year 10 French focuses on developing oral communication skills and confidence, cultural awareness and an understanding of key grammatical concepts that underpin the French language.
Topics include describing yourself and others; finding your way in a French speaking country; describing your home, your hobbies and interests and school life. Year 10 French is a literacy-rich subject supporting the development of reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
Recommended Prior Learning
Year 9 French, or at the discretion of the Head of Department for French
